Gingerbread house!

Well, here's this years' gingerbread house! I had so much fun making this, and will definitely carry on the tradition next year.

The house is decorated with Mini Smarties, Jelly Belly beans, sugar canes, cheap German fruit gums and of course - lots and lots of royal icing!
I used a traditional Danish honey cake dough, which is what we usually use for gingerbread here. (It's basically the same as a regular gingerbread dough, only difference is that the sugar is replaced with honey).
